Friends come to visit!

So, I'm back dating this because it was forever ago. Our friends Paul and Heather from Utah came to visit and do some California sight-seeing. They have one sweet little girl Chloe, who is 8 months younger than Claire and another on the way! We had a few jam packed days, but it was a lot of fun and we miss hanging out with them all the time!

We spent a day in the city, rode BART,

Went to Pier 39, and ate a donut


Went on a boat ride

People took pictures/videos of Claire dancing to the street performers (this wasn't the only one)



Checked out the old fashioned arcade at Fisherman's Wharf

The next day we went to Santa Cruz. There were these sea lions or seals or whatever that were so close we could have touched them

We went to the beach and Claire loved it, as always. She made a little friend (because that friend had shovels and buckets) and had to follow her into the water. The boys surfed, but it wasn't very good conditions. On the way home, Claire got carsick and threw up, poor thing.




We also went swimming at our pool, did a little shopping, went out to eat (Johnny Garlics, yum!) and were very exhausted. We had a lot of fun, thanks for coming to see us!
