Trying out the new belt and mommy's hat. Scotty and Claire snuck a few kisses. It was hilarious to watch them slowly come towards each other with open mouths. I also loved how he called all the women "mommy" and the men "daddy".
Julie made matchy baby legs for the girls. So cute! I asked Hyrum to put them on Claire, and he just put them on over her jammies. Typical.

And my favorite chickadee checking out our new baby chicks. Last week, chickens were made legal in our area, so we went and got some on friday! The little red one is Annie but we haven't named the rest yet. We're so excited! And Scotty LOVED the "birdies" as he called them. He couldn't keep his hands off the stick he used to "touch" them.
Claire also had her first taste of candy. She found one of Scotty's hard shell candy eggs on the floor and popped it in her mouth for a few seconds before someone could get it out. Luckily, she didn't swallow (choke) and she didn't get down to the chocolate part (allergies). Curious George and the Bunny!! I just bought that last week. Strangely, I remember it as one of my favorites when we were little. Did you like it too? I love your Easter and everything you made; love the baja beatle!

Wow, what a fun day. I absolutely LOVE the dress you made her out of Hy's old shirt. I love the car he made, and everything else. I can see that she's getting more hair and her eyelashes are getting longer. She's so so so cute. What a GREAT post. Sorry I missed it. Maybe next year!!
