36-38 weeks

Here we go, getting close!
I think this is funny, the difference between sucking in all the way and letting it all hang out (I normally am somewhere between these two)



I think the baby has dropped in the last day or so. People have started telling me that, strangers and church friends, and yesterday I noticed my lower belly looked kind of funny in the mirror. By feeling something poking out in the middle on the bottom, and knowing the position of the baby (it's been the same for a long time- back on my left side, head down, kicking me in the right ribs) I've decided that I think it's a shoulder. Other than that, I haven't really noticed anything different, but I'm feeling pretty good for being almost 9 months I think. Better than I have in a while, so I'm not yet begging this baby to come out.

Braxton hicks have become much more frequent in the last few weeks. A week ago, Hyrum cut up some potatoes and made baked fries, with his own little mixture of seasoning (which included a lot of cayenne pepper). I had about a dozen bh over the next hour and a half! It totally freaked him out, and now refuses to let me eat anything spicy, haha! He just wants a little more time to finish the to do list I gave him and do some fun things he has planned, like snowboarding and wakeboarding. Yeah, he did both last week. So far, he's fixed the cabriolet enough to get it out of the garage (yay!), he working on cleaning out the garage of all his junk, and he's installed a new garage door opener that doesn't sound like a garbage truck is driving through our house (seriously, it was really bad). We have all the baby stuff we will need for a while so we are just about ready! I can't believe how close it is, this pregnancy has just flown by. Happy June everyone!
