No, we didn't find out. But I thought it would be fun to hear all the old wive's tales you know of and then I can answer them and we'll see what our baby *should* be. So lets hear those fun, crazy signs that your great-aunt's best friend's sister swore meant you were having a boy (or a girl)!

Craving sweet things-girl. Craving sour things-boy. What on earth does it mean if you eat pickles AND ice cream??
Spitting in Drano...but I don't know how to read the results. Also the needle on the string test. Dangle it over the inside of your wrist. Back and forth = Boy, and circle = girl. How about the hairy leg test. I didn't have to shave my legs past 6 months with Sean...so hair is minimal for a boy and normal for a girl. Cravings - Sweet=BOY, Sour=GIRL. How about the wedding ring over the belly...tie your wedding ring to a string and dangle it over your belly. If it rotates counter-clockwise=GIRL, and clockwise=BOY. Let us know what all the tests determine.
I think it's peeing in Drano, and that seems a bit dangerous to me. And usually hair is minimal with a girl and lots with a boy (according to old wives tales) I think.
Ditto to what everyone else said. Those were the ones I remember reading when I was pregnant... with the exception of the Drano. I've never heard that before. Do you have a baby pool going yet with everyone's guesses?
peeing in Drano???WHAT??? I heard from a girl at work that they now have some stick you can pee on (I guess like a pregnancy test) and it tells you what you are having...you should try that ;o)
Lol, it seems there isn't much agreeing here. I read that sweet=girl also Kelli (sorry mom), and that it's peeing in drano (which seems, uh, dangerous, and apparently no one can decide what colors means what gender). I'll let google decide on the hair thing.
Nicole- not yet, I'll probably start one closer to the due date (don't tell Hyrum, he thinks it's weird). I think I'll use expectnet, that's my fave I've seen so far.
Brooke- I think Kristin told me about that a while ago. From what I remember, it's not accurate if you are having a boy and only slightly accurate for a girl (like 80%). And I think it had to be done at a specific time, like 12-14 weeks or something. Crazy!
When I was really, really pregnant with Lizzy, a Wal-Mart employee asserted that OF COURSE she knew I was having a boy because of how low I was carrying the baby. Riiiight.
