Half a year!
I had to give her decoy paper
or tissue paper. She sticks out her tongue all the time, it's so cute
Oh, mom, you crack me up

Claire sits up great now, but not perfect. She loves paper, ribbon, cords, electronics, and music. She still despises getting dressed, hates loud noises and is wary of people she doesn't know. She often cries when I hand her to someone else, but occasionally she surprises us and doesn't mind. Her skin is doing better, but it's still not that soft, blemish free baby skin. Her diaper rash does the best when I put her in cotton diapers with no cover during the day, and pockets when we go out or at bed. She is still the sweetest, most smiley baby and I love that she loves me so much. She often laughs when she sees me or looks around for me if I'm not there. She also gives Hyrum big smiles, especially when he first comes into the room. I love that I am able to stay home with her and am so grateful. Claire sleeps pretty horribly, but I don't feel as sleep deprived because I think I'm getting better at latching her on and falling back asleep. She loves cuddling next to me all night, and I do too. She loves to pull my hair and she's super ticklish. She loves when we blow raspberries on her belly. If I turn on Beethoven, it will immediately stop any crying. She can push herself backwards a little and get on all fours briefly. My elimination diet is going great, I've found all kinds of great substitutes for things. I made a pumpkin pie with coconut milk for Thanksgiving, and last night I made fudge. I can't believe that 6 months has gone by! I love my sweet little girl!

She is so cute! I was waiting for the six month update! She sits so good, I'm really impressed by that. She's got pretty bad dry skin? Both my kids get that during the winter - we really like the Aveeno unscented calming lotion (its blue)... if that helps haha
Oh my gosh....soooo cute. I especially like the one under the caption "see what I mean about the tongue". She IS such a happy baby.
Thanks Avery! We're dealing with food allergies and eczema and it's something that's been going on since birth. A pain for me, but actually doesn't seem to bother her much.
I love this post and that cute smiling baby!!!! It is crazy that she is 6 months old already :O
